Grievances covered under the policy
Any violation of employee rights and privileges that are provided for, by the Company policies or by laws of the country or those that are included in the contract, Employee Handbook
Any kind harassment, victimization and discrimination by colleagues except for Sexual Harassment which will be guided by a separate committee.
Decision or conduct of another individual or group of employees, that affects the functioning and contribution of the grievant. It may include but may not be limited to conduct of colleagues and supervisors, work-place harassment, feeling of bias, neglect and humiliation
Matters related to workplace and service conditions, compensation or allowances disparity, promotion and so on
Dissatisfaction with support functions like transportation, dining, housekeeping, medical insurance which have not been addressed after direct requests to the respective functional leads
Complaints which will not be covered under this policy
Any grievance /complaint relating to sexual harassment will not be covered under these rules as there is a separate mechanism for addressing such matters by under the separate Policy for Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct.
