A champion of diversity, social prosperity and education, Luis spends his time connecting dots and empowering the various, amazing non-profits he works with. A graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School, he founded IDFC Private Equity in 2002 and was earlier a senior member of the start-up team at HDFC Bank. He has also been involved with Morgan Stanley as a Senior Advisor since 2014.

Luis currently serves as the Chairman at CORO, ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company and as Director of Centre for Civil Society. When he’s not building companies, leading corporate giants, and driving social change, Luis likes to travel, write the occasional blog and hang out with his children.

Rajul Aggarwal serves as an investment professional and has research responsibility for energy, power & industrial sector investments. Rajul previously worked at Marathon Asset Management, where he focused on energy, power, chemicals and airline opportunities. At Marathon, he also focused on distressed opportunities and served on multiple restructuring committees. He began his finance career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers. Prior to that, he worked as a field engineer for Schlumberger in Latin America.

Dr. Amit Sinha is a skilled entrepreneur and technology leader who has driven the research and development of disruptive security and wireless technologies at both start-ups and market-leading organizations. Prior to Zscaler, Dr. Sinha served as CTO for Motorola’s enterprise networking and communications business.He has also served as Chief Technologist at Engim, which he co-founded. He is an author of 30+ US patents, 24 published journal and conference papers, 3 book chapters, 4 thesis, and dozens of industry white papers and has been featured on CNBC, CNN and multiple media outlets.

Vineet is passionate about creating high-quality educational institutions in India. After completing his engineering from IIT Delhi, he went on to co-founded Jamboree. Later in 2005 he Founded Ashoka University with other like-minded philanthropists with a vision to create one of the finest Liberal Arts University in India. He is an entrepreneur interested in creating organizations that bring value to stakeholders. Vineet also serves as the Founder and Trustee to Plaksha University.

Peter Paljor Lauenstein Denjongpa was born in Sikkim and raised in USA. He is a graduate from the University of Chicago and holds an MEd from Harvard University. He is passionate about education and governance in educational institutions. He is the Founder of Taktse International School and is also setting up a University in Gangtok. He leads investments in educational initiatives at Marion Institute, Boston.

Abrar is a ‘rational optimist’ who’s always up for being challenged. It’s this trait that led him towards Gradright. Alternating between University research and helping students out with planning their graduate education, Abrar looks out to make each day count. It’s the warmth given to him by the team members that gives him the strength to move forward. When not glued to his laptop screen and mobile phone, Abrar sets out to crave adventures in the world of football to experience the thrill and rush of the greatest sport in the world.

Dr. Pramath Sinha has worked in diverse fields spanning business and strategy, consulting, leadership and academia. His years of leadership experience spans working with firms like McKinsey, Albright Stonebridge, ABP Pvt. Ltd and founding 9.9 Group, a leading media company.

A serial institution builder, Dr. Sinha has played a pivotal role in setting up two world class Indian institutes: Indian School of Business and Ashoka University. He’s also founded multiple Fellowship programs across the country which include, Vedica Scholars Program for Women and the Naropa Fellowship. He currently serves as the Chairman at Harappa Education, an online corporate educational institution.

For his contributions to education, Dr. Sinha was awarded the Personality of the Year by FICCI in 2015 and named one of India’s top 50 management thinkers by Thinkers50 in 2013.

And about the power of technology to transform and scale. Anmol was involved in conceptualising GradRight as a community-driven platform to enable students to make smarter decisions about college selection and financing.

Chris uses design and technology to solve problems no one else is solving. He believes design is a superpower, and is hellbent on using it to create a more just and equitable world. Chris’ deep commitment towards effecting social change through design led him to GradRight. He played a significant part in the creation of GradRight as a means to make higher education more affordable to aspiring graduates.
