Anand is a part of the Brand and Communication team at GradRight. His primary objective is to establish a strong brand presence for GradRight among all of the company's stakeholders.

Anand is a former engineer turned creative professional who focuses on problem-solving and creative thinking in a world full of marketing jargon. Previously, Anand oversaw branding initiatives for udChalo, a consumer brand catering to Indian Soldiers. He previously worked on a number of brands in the research, education, and travel sector. Additionally, he has a couple of entrepreneurial endeavours up his sleeve.

Vivek Srivastava leads Domestic Partnerships at GradRight. In this role his primary focus is to establish long-term institutional partnerships with reputed educational organizations and businesses across the country.

Prior to joining GradRight, Vivek was heading the Marketing & Outreach Department at OP Jindal University where he was also a part of the core University Leadership Team. At OPJU, he was responsible for planning and executing student recruitment activities, branding and media campaigns and domestic and international outreach programs. He started his professional journey with Jindal Steel and Power Limited, and has since worked with several leading organizations in both educational and non-educational sectors.

Vivek holds an MBA in Marketing from OP Jindal Global University (JGU) and is a recipient of the meritorious OPJEMS scholarship in 2013.

Lovish is a founding member of GradRight. In his role, his primary focus is on Digital Marketing, Brand Development and Technology Operations.

Lovish has significant experience in Marketing and Operations and has assisted in the setup of several new higher-ed institutions in India - Atria University, Krea University, SOIL and Graduate Insolvency Program, to name a few. During his university days, Lovish co-founded an event management startup and was instrumental in setting up the Marketing Club.

Lovish holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from BML Munjal University.

Deepali drives International Brand Development and Partnerships for growth to position GradRight as an innovative platform in the higher education sector in the US.

She brings a unique blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to connect with customers and to lead and motivate teams. She has over two decades of experience working in the US with technology start-ups, leading academic institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Fortune 500 organizations like ADP and Ernst & Young. Her expertise spans the higher education and HCM domains.

Deepali holds a BS in Computer Science from Nagpur University and a professional diploma in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently pursuing her MBA from the University of California, Davis, with a concentration in entrepreneurship, business analytics, and technology management.

Aayush is a founding member of GradRight. In his role, his primary focus is on Financial Partnerships, Research, and Business Operations.

In the last few years, with a focus on Financial Planning and Operations, Aayush has assisted in the setup of higher-ed institutions in India such as Krea University, Atria University and SOIL. During his university days, Aayush acted as the Founding Chair of the Student Council and the University Fest. He has been intrinsically involved in social service and acted as the District Director for Rotaract District (Rotary International Organisation).

Aayush holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from BML Munjal University.

Mahesh leads technology and product efforts at GradRight. In this role, his focus is to build the most student centric, technology driven platform that realizes the company’s vision of making higher education accessible and affordable.

Previously, Mahesh was a founding member at Captain Fresh, where he served as their CTO and built technology that supported the company’s steep growth. Prior to Captain Fresh, Mahesh worked as an Engineering Manager at a HR tech startup MyAlly, where he played a crucial role in growing their team, redesigning their product and driving its implementation for fortune 100 companies.

After graduating with a dual degree from BITS-Pilani, he co-founded 2 startups and brings a diverse, decade long experience of building products for B2B and B2C companies.

Parth Kaura anchors the launch of new products and the design of business models at GradRight.

Parth has 12+ years of entrepreneurial experience and possesses cross-functional expertise having led Operations, Financial Modeling & Valuation, Analytics and Planning at his previous organizations. He is passionate about problem-solving, building high-performance teams, and business model transformations through innovation.

Parth holds a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Amity University and Executive Education in Applied Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Hasil leads the onboarding of students on the GradRight platform.

Hasil has 8 years of work experience spread across Higher Education, BFSI and Food Processing Industry. He was the DGM - Liaison and Coordination at Dakshhin Agopolis Pvt Ltd where he managed partnerships with government and private stakeholders on a Food Processing project. Prior to that, Hasil worked at Genpact in Learning and Development and has a strong foothold for people development.

Hasil holds an MBA from JNTUK with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing; a PG Diploma in Leadership and Liberal Arts from the Young India Fellowship, Ashoka University; and a BBA (Tourism & Hospitality Management) from Osmania University.

Shivani anchors Students Success at GradRight. She and her team focusses on ensuring timely loan closures and resolving complicated loan requests. She also hosts roundtables, events and conversations with financial partners and academic institutions.

Prior to founding GradRight, Shivani has a decade of experience with one of India's leading NBFCs in credit-underwriting. Her forte and passion, both align with ensuring every credit-worthy customer is able to access the funds they deserve, whether it calls for policy changes or riding on the pulse of the market.

Shivani is an Economics Honors graduate from the University of Delhi, a Ratan Tata Scholar for her Masters in Management from Army Institute of Management, Kolkata and a Murugappa Group under 35 Young Leader from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Manonita is responsible for Talent Management at GradRight.

She anchors talent acquisition, performance management and retention and development of team members in the company. She has over 10 years of experience in managing diverse HR functions spanning manpower planning, employee life cycle, HRMS, appraisal management and organizational design.

Prior to GradRight, she was a part of the initial team that set-up and managed the Young India Fellowship Program at Ashoka University. She holds a Master's in Management from Army Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Aman is the Co-founder of GradRight and contributes to the overall growth of the company.

Aman carries over two decades of experience in the higher education sector. Prior to co-founding GradRight, he was the Founding Project Director of Ashoka University, where he anchored the set-up and launch of the university from 2008-2015. Over the last five years he was instrumental in the setting up of several new universities in India. He started his professional journey as a Field Engineer with Schlumberger Oilfield Services and worked in Indonesia, Japan, the Middle East, and USA.

Aman holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
